摘 要:研究了AZ80镁合金在300℃下经A路径等通道挤压后显微组织和织构的演变规律,揭示了该应变路径下织构特征形成的内在机制,并讨论了ECAP对第二相析出的影响。结果表明:材料经ECAP后最终获得3-4μm的等轴晶,并显著促进了粒状Mg17Al12相的连续析出,但增加挤压道次晶粒细化效果减弱,粒子粗化;挤压初始可获得基面法线向挤压方向偏转的倾斜织构与基面织构共存的织构特征,在剪切面倾斜度效应和通道间隙的影响下,随着挤压道次的增加,倾斜织构的偏转程度减小,最终获得单一的基面织构。AZ80 magnesium alloy was subjected to ECAP (equal channel angular extrusion) processing at 300℃ via route A. The evolution of microstructure and texture was investigated. The internal mechanism for the formation of texture feature and the effect.of ECAP on the precipitation was discussed. The results show that, ECAP processing significantly favors granular-like MglTA112 continuous precipitations in accompany with the acquisition of equiaxed grains with 3-4μm, however. The grain refinement effect weakens and particles coarsening takes place with the increase of pass number; a strong basal texture was obtained after ECAP with multi passes owing to the effects of shear plane inclination and channel clearance.
