摘 要:通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度试验以及金相分析等方法,研究了B级钢/Q450NQR1钢焊接接头组织与力学性能。结果表明:接头抗拉强度优于母材B级钢,弯曲性能良好;B级钢侧HAZ冲击值较低;焊缝组织为先共析铁素体+针状铁素体,B级钢侧HAZ为铁素体+网状珠光体,晶粒粗大。Microstructure and mechanical properties for the welded joints of B-grade steel and Q450NQR1 steel were researched by tensile, flexural, impact, hardness tests and metallographic. The results show that joint tensile strength of the two steel is better than that of B-grade steel materials, and the bending properties of the joint is good; the impact value near to B grade steel HAZ is lower. The microstructure is proeutectoid ferrite + acicular ferrite in weld, and near the HAZ of B grade steel side is ferrite + meshed pearlite with coarser grains.
