摘 要:不锈钢筛网是由不锈钢丝线编制而成,由于材料丝径细且界面多,焊接工艺上有一定的难度。TIG焊、激光焊、钎焊等焊接方法由于工艺、成本等原因都不是筛网焊接的最佳选择,而微束等离子弧焊具有拘束度高、能量密度高等特点,特别适合不锈钢筛网的焊接。实验中采用自主研制的微束等离子弧焊接系统,在主弧电流小于3A下,进行了不同焊炬高度和不同焊接速度的对接试验,最终取得了良好的不锈钢筛网焊接效果。在此基础上,分析了焊接速度和焊炬高度等因素对焊接质量的影响。Stainless steel wire screen mesh which made from stainless steel wires is hard to weld because of the thin wire diameter and excessive interface. TIG welding, laser welding or brazing are not the best choice to weld stainless steel wire screen mesh due to the high cost and complex welding process. Micro-plasma arc welding is a perfect welding process to weld wire screen because it has high restraint degree and energy density. Micro-plasma arc welding system was used in welding stainless steel wire screen mesh. Welding experiments were carried out under various combinations of welding speed, torch height, and good welding quality of stainless steel wire screen mesh were achieved at last. Based on those experiences, the influence of welding speed and torch height on welding quality was analyzed.
