摘　　要：随着IP技术的发展,电信网络提供了VoIP业务,为用户提供了灵活快捷的沟通方式,但VoIP业务终端需要与现有的大量普通非智能固定电话终端拨号互通,需要支持简单的拨号方式。文中介绍了VoIP用户的E.164编号方案和寻址技术,通过选择地理号码方式为VoIP用户编号,结合移动通信的HLR+VLR寻址技术完成对用户的寻址,实现了VoIP用户移动以及与现有的非智能固定电话终端互通的功能。With the development of IP technology, the telecommunication network provides the user with VoIP service and flexible communications. However, the VoIP terminal demands intercommunication with the tradition telephone terminal. This paper presents E. 164 numbering scheme and addressing technique of the VoIP user. Geographic number is designed as the VoIP user number, and in association with HLR＋VLR addressing technique for telecommunication, completes the user addressing, thus realizing VoIP user mobilization and communication with existing telephone.
