摘  要:目的设计及建立自体骨屑颏部填充的动物模型,寻求一种创伤小、简便易行的隆颏手术方法,为临床应用提供实验资料和理论依据。方法同窝10个月龄杂种犬4只,自下颌角区切口,分离咬肌,暴露下颌角,切取部分下颌角区下颌骨,用电动打磨机磨碎成骨屑,移植至下颏部下颌骨处,建立动物模型。术后观察动物进食活动,并于术后2、4、8、12周取材,行电镜检查,观察骨屑与颏部下颌骨融合的情况。结果手术后动物进食活动仍正常,术后2、4、8、12周,电镜检查显示,自体骨屑通过吸收、血管及其周围组织长入,新生骨从颏部下颌骨逐渐向内生长替代移植骨屑,骨屑完成支架作用。结论自体骨脂颏部填充,损伤小,与颏部下颌骨融合良好,术后塑形好,成骨愈合期加快,塑形稳定,无排斥,不影响实验动物的进食活动。Objective To explore an easy surgical method for augmentation mentoplasry with minimal in- vasion by designing and establishing the animal model of autologous mieromorselized bone implanted and to provide experimental data and theory evidence for clinic. Methods Four 10-month-old mongrel dogs in the same nest were selected. Through the incision in mandibular angles, the masseterie muscle was separated and mandibular angles was exposed, a part of maxillary bone was cut and then was grinded into autologous micromorselized bone and the bone was implanted into the mento region. Action of taking food was observed and the specimens were taken at 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks postoperatively and then were detected through electron microscope to check the fusion between the micromorselized bone and maxillary bone. Results Action of taking food was normal. Under the electron microscope, the autologous micromorselized bone was replaced by new bone from mandibula of chin by the ways of the absol-ption of the autologous mieromorselized bone, the growth of capillaries and perivascular tissues into autologous micromorselized bone at 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks postoperatively. Conclusion The filling of autologous micromorselized bone of the mandibular angles into the mento region is a good method with advantages of excellent fusion of autologous micromorselized bone and the mandibula of chin, good postoperative shape, norreal taking food, no rejection and few complications.
