摘　　要：结合公安交通工作的特点和需求，该文给出了可行的、先进的、以基于CDMA－1X无线网络通讯技术为基础、车载移动监控设备为终端设备的车载移动公安交通管理系统的整体方案，设计出本系统的网络结构和软件体系架构，给出了相应的功能模块。该系统采用先进的计算机技术、数据库技术、无线通信技术，并与公安内部网络中丰富的数据库信息系统相结合，实现了公安信息网络的延伸，提高交通管理水平。Considering the characteristics and the requirements of police work, this paper provides practical and advanced system solutions of the automotive mobile police traffic management system, based on CDMA-1X wireless cormnunication technology and automotive mobile monitoring equipment as the terminal equipment. The network structure and the software fran, work of this system are designed. This system employs computer technology, data-base technology, and wireless communication technology, combines the police internal network with a rich of database information system. The system realizes the wireless extension of the police inft mation net york to iraprove traffic management.
