摘 要:工作流技术在实现业务流程自动化和企业应用集成等方面有着广泛的应用。但由于工作流的流程运行时间跨度一般较大,在流程运行期间可能会出现多种异常情况。文章对工作流异常处理进行了初步探讨,首先介绍了工作流异常概念、起因、分类以及常见的异常处理策略。然后详细介绍了常见的工作流异常处理的各种方法以及各种方法之间的优劣。最后展望了工作流异常处理的未来发展方向。Workflow technology in the realization of business process automation and enterprise application integration have a wide range of applications. However, the workflow process run time span is very long, during the process running, it may occur many anomalies. This paper have done a preliminary study about workflow exception handling, The paper first introduced the concept of workflow exceptions, causes, classification, and a common exception handling strategy. And then described the common workflow exception handling methods and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. Finally, It present a summary and .discuss the future research in this area.
