摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法等研究方法,立足于对南宁、兰州、银川、昆明四城市妇女进行调查,分析妇女参与民族传统体育的现状和特点,揭示影响妇女参与民族传统体育的主要因素,并提出相关建议,为妇女体育的全面发展和全民健身的实施提供理论与实践依据。Literature review, questionnaire and on -the- spot investigation are employed in this article to analyze the status quo and characteristics of women＇s participation in national traditional sports based on a survey conducted a- mong women in the city of Nanhing, Lanzhou, Yinchuan, and Kunming. Major factors affecting the participation are revealed and relevant suggestions are given to provide theoretical and practical evidence for the overall development of women＇s sports and the implementation of national fitness program.
