摘 要:为弄清TiO2薄膜对金属的保护作用,在1mol/L的H2SO4溶液中,室温下,分别采用100,130,150V直流电压对纯钛片阳极氧化制备TiO2薄膜,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪对TiO2薄膜的组织形貌和晶型进行了分析,测量了TiO2薄膜在模拟海水中紫外光照的时间-电极电位、极化曲线、交流阻抗谱和与45号钢的耦合电流。结果表明:氧化电压为150V时,所制备的TiO2薄膜对45号钢在模拟海水中的腐蚀具有较好的光阴极保护作用。TiO2 films were prepared on Ti alloy substrate by using anodic oxidation in sulfuric acid solutions (1 mol/L) under different voltages (100,130 V and 150 V) at room temperature.The microstructure and crystal structure of the oxide films were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray dif-fraction.At the same time,the time-potential curves,polariza-tion curves,alternating current impedance spectra and coupling current with 45 steel of the TiO2 films in simulated seawater under ultraviolet illumination were measured.Results show that the anodic TiO2 film prepared at a potential of 150 V has a smaller coupling current with the mild steel in artificial seawater,showing good cathodic protection effect under ultraviolet illumination.
