基于信息生态理论的企业危机信息预警策略研究

摘　　要：以信息生态理论指导企业危机信息预警目的在于创新工作思维,促进信息预警工作更有成效。企业危机信息预警体系可以类比成一个信息生态系统,需要综合考虑信息活动本身、与危机预警有关的人员、技术、组织结构、管理制度等因素。经过类比分析与逻辑推理发现,倡导以信息生态理论开展企业危机信息预警工作,就是以系统的思维方式,坚持以人为本,强调人的主体性,协调利用技术资源、组织资源、信息资源。在信息生态理论指导下,企业应以信息生态观优化管理思维,以人为本,培育关键"物种",构建危机预警的信息生态链,以项目化管理方式促进危机预警的信息生态链完善。The paper aims at innovating information warning and achieving better results in enterprise crisis early-warning with information ecology theory as guideline and foundation. The information warning on enterprise crisis can be assimilated into an information ecosystem,which takes into account not only information activity itself, but also crisis staff, technology,organization structure, management system and other factors. With the methods of analogy and logical reasoning,we find that information warning based information ecology should insist on humanism, emphasis on human subjectivity,make coordinated use of technic~ resources,organizational resources,information resources with a kind of systematic thinking. So,enterprises should optimize the management thinking based on ecological concept,nurture key ＂species＂ taking human as the essence,build the information ecology chain for enterprises crisis, and implement project management to improve the information ecology chain.
