摘　　要：分析了涤纶纬弹织物染色时加入阻染剂和染色后进行还原清洗对沾色性能的影响。采用4 g/L芳香族磺酸衍生物阻染剂阻染,并加强还原清洗,可有效改善涤纶纬弹织物的耐洗沾色牢度。其还原清洗优化工艺为:强力还原剂GRE 1.5 g/L,温度90℃,时间25 min。在该条件下处理的涤纶纬弹织物耐洗沾色牢度可达4级,其效果明显优于传统还原清洗工艺。The influence of blocking agent and reduction cleaning on resistance to staining of polyester weft-elastic fabric was studied. It was shown that the performance of resistance to staining could be improved by using 4 g/L blocking agent of aromatic sutfonic acid derivatives and strengthening the reduction cleaning process. The optimal reduction cleaning process was reductant GRE 1.5g/L, and cleaning at 90 ℃ for 25 min. So better dyeing effects were obtained and color fastness to staining reached 4 grade compared to traditional process.
