摘　　要：热风打底机及焙烘机是织物连续染整加工的关键设备,但能耗大。通过借鉴先进设备的设计理念,对热风打底机和焙烘机各单元进行创新改造,,增设能量储存和回收系统,获得了很好的节能减排效果。Padding and hot flue and curing machine are the key equipments in continuous dyeing and finishing process, but with high energy consumption. Modification of the units was made by taking examples from the sophisticated domestic and foreign equipments, the energy storage and recovery system were equipped, and reduction of consumption was obtained.
