摘　　要：从浙江省属高校图书资料政府采购活动的特点入手,分析了政府采购中需要关注的诸如企业注册资金、招标文件细节、折扣率和招标方式等若干问题,并就政府采购背景下图书馆该如何作为提出建议。Based on the activities of government purchasing of the paper materials in Zhejiang universities, the article analyzes some problems in government purchasing, such as registered capital, the details of public bidding document, discount and the type of bidding. Meanwhile, some suggestions have also been put forward to the library, under the background of government purchasing.
