摘　　要：信息产业比较发达的印度重视并推进公众的信息获取。印度的信息获取经验主要表现在:信息化监管机构健全、制订了一系列信息法案、响应并推动开放获取。这些对我们图书馆具有较大的启示和借鉴意义。With up -growth information industry, India pays attention to and promotes the public information access. The Indian information access experience lie in： a sound system of supervision institution, a series of information laws, promotion of open access. These are enlightenments and references for our libraries.
