摘  要:回复电压法可以方便地对变压器的绝缘状态进行现场诊断。绝缘系统温度对回复电压参数测量结果具有较大的影响。为了掌握绝缘系统不同温度下回复电压参数的变化规律,对绝缘系统不同温度下的回复电压参数数据进行比较和分析。通过对由25号变压器油和普通纤维素绝缘纸组成的绝缘系统在不同温度下的回复电压测试,研究了回复电压参数在绝缘系统不同温度下的变化规律。结果表明:回复电压最大值和初始斜率随绝缘系统温度升高呈指数规律增加,而中心时间常数随绝缘系统温度升高呈指数规律下降;绝缘系统温度较低时,测量数据的误差较小。Return voltage measurement (RVM) can be conveniently used to diagnose the insulating condition of transformers in field. The temperature of insulation system imposes significant effect on the results of RVM. In order to understand the changing regularities of RVM parameters, the test results of the RVM parameters are exactly compared and analyzed at different temperatures of insulation system in this paper. RVMs were conducted for the insulating system composed of 25~ transformer oil and kraft paper at different temperatures, and the changing regularities of RVM parameters were obtained. The results show that the maximum of RVM and its initial slope increase exponentially with the elevating temperature of the insulation system, the central time constant decreases exponentially with the elevating temperature of the insulation system, and the measurement error is smaller when the temperature of the insulation system is lower.
