硅溶胶用于阳离子和碱性染料染丝绸的固色

摘　　要：以正硅酸乙酯为主要原料制备了一种硅溶胶,选用7种阳离子染料和7种碱性染料浸染丝绸,试验硅溶胶对染后样品的固色效果,结果发现:其皂洗牢度大多数可以提高1～2级,其中5只染料染后样品经硅溶胶处理后皂洗牢度由原来的1级或1～2级提高至3级及以上,且样品色光变化不大.用扫描电镜观察硅溶胶处理前后样品的表面形貌后发现,处理后的样品表面附着一层由凝胶细丝状纤维交联而成的薄膜,可起固定染料分子的作用.A kind of silica sol was prepared from tetraethyl orthosilicate （TEQS） as the main material. The fixation effect of the silica sol to the dip dyed silk was investigated, and the silk were dyed by 7 kinds of cationic dyes and 7 kinds of basic dyes. It was found that the soaping fastness of most of the samples were improved by 1-2 level, and the soaping fastness of 5 silica sol treated samples were increased from grade 1 or 1-2 to grade 3 or better with a little effect on the hue. The surface morphology of fabric before and after silica sol treatment was observed by SEM and it was found that the gel thin film was attached on the surface of fabric, and the film was cross-linked filament gel fibers which could play a role in fixing dye molecules.
