摘  要:紫外吸收是控制荧光增白剂产品质量的重要指标,通过对荧光增白剂ER(C.I.荧光增白剂199)溶解所用溶剂、最大吸收波长、溶液质量浓度的选择试验,确定采用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为初溶剂,乙醇为进一步稀释的溶剂;确定最大吸收波长(λmax)为364 nm;并针对荧光增白剂ER原粉和普通产品有效成分的不同,采用了不同的质量浓度溶液测试(原粉为4 mg/L,普通产品为16 mg/L).根据这些条件,确定了荧光增白剂ER原粉和普通产品的紫外吸收的测定方法,并对测定过程中应注意的问题作了简单介绍.该方法简单、易行、快速,适用于荧光增白剂ER生产和使用单位的产品质量控制和检验.UV absorption is an important index that controls the product quality of fluorescent whitening agent. The solvent, λmax and solution concentration of the fluorescent whitening agent ER (C.I.fluorescent whitening agent 199) were selected. Dimethyl formamide (DMF) was determined as initial solvent, ethanol as solvent for further dilution, 364 nm as λmax Aiming at the difference of effective component of fluorescent whitening agent ER raw power from general product, different solvent was used to measure the concentration (4 mg/L for raw wer, 16 mg/L for general product). Test methods for UV absorption of fluorescent whitening agent ER and general product were established according to the conditions. The noticeable problems during the test were simply introduced. This method was simple, easy, and fast, which could be applied in product quality control and inspection of manufacture and application units of fluorescent whitening agent ER.
