摘　　要：阐述对高校图书馆危机管理过程实行控制的必要性,指出高校图书馆危机管理控制系统由危机定量指标系统、危机比较判别系统、危机预警和报警系统、危机管理信息系统4个模块构成;其危机控制流程由设立危机的定量标准、测量危机的实际值、将实际值与标准值进行比较、采取行动纠正偏差、做好记录等步骤实现。并以上海应用技术学院图书馆为试点,连续两年对其各项危机进行过程控制,取得管理信息反馈及时、危机处理高效的效果。This paper is intended to cast light on the effective crisis control of academic libraries from the perspective of quantitative management, an improvement upon the previous researches in the same field, which, far from adequate in number, focuses mainly on the qualitative study. In the light of the Cybernetics, the crisis control system is considered to consist of four modules, namely, the crisis quantitative index system, the crisis comparison ＆ assessment system, the crisis precaution ＆ alarm system and the crisis management information system. In the view of the information theory, the crisis control can be understood as a cycling process of the crisis information input, information output, information feedback and new information input. The library of Shanhghai Institute of Technology has been chosen as a case study for consecutive two years on crisis management process control, with the effect of immediate information feedback and efficient control actions.
