摘　　要：DSpace是目前国内外知识库构建中利用率较高的开源软件系统,Manakin是DSpace系统基于XML用户界面的新版本。首先从使用技术、系统构建思想、系统功能扩展以及用户界面设计等方面分析Manakin的优势。接着分析Manakin的三个基本组成部分:DRISchema、ASpect和Theme以及三者之间的合作方式,并通过三个典型用户展示Manakin的魅力。最后,在实践基础上总结Manakin应用中的一些注意事项和使用技巧。As open source software, DSpace is the most popular digital repository system in the world. And Manakin is a new web UI of DSpace which is based on XML. This paper firstly analyzes the advantages of Manakin from several aspects, such as technology of employment, ideas of system construction, extension of system functions, and designing of user interface. The paper then introduces three basic components of manakin, namely DRI Schema, aspects and themes, and their collaborating manners, and demonstrates impressive points through three representative consumers. The paper finally summarizes relevant instructions and skills during the use of Manakin based on our practice.
