摘　　要：为了保证合法用户对电子资源的正当使用,清华大学图书馆与信息网络工程研究中心合作建立电子资源访问管理与控制系统。介绍电子资源访问管理和控制系统的设计理念与体系结构,系统实现方法及功能模块以及系统实现过程中出现的主要技术问题和解决方法;提出本系统的应用状况与需要改进的工作。In order to ensure the proper use of electronic resources for legitimate users, Tsinghua University Library and Network Research Center has established the electronic resources access management and control system. This paper first introduces the design concept and architecture of the system. Then introduces the system implementation and functional modules, it also describes the main technical problems and solutions encountered in the system development. Finally, it describes the effect and future development of the electronic resources access management and control system.
