摘　　要：论述危机给学校和图书馆带来种种可见及不可见的损害,往往将其处境推向一个难以控制的局面,图书馆是高校重要的有机组成部分,作为人员高度密集、人才大量聚集的场所,图书馆往往成为危机易发地区。并针对我国高校图书馆危机决策主要问题进行分析,提出如何构建高校图书馆危机决策管理。Crisis brings several of visible and invisible destruction to both schools and libraries. It often puts schools to a situation which is difficuh to control. Served as places where the density of members is high and the talented gathering, libraries are important organic parts of schools. Thus, libraries are the places where crisis appears easily. If security awareness of teachers and students＇ , managerial and protective measures are weak, the crisis would happen easily. This article analyses the current situation of the crisis decision -making management in libraries of universities, and proposes how to construct a crisis decision -making system of the libraries in universities.
