摘  要:大位移井钻井极限延伸能力是大位移井钻井设计和施工的关键参数,它往往被人们所忽视,目前有关此方面的研究尚不多见。针对大位移井的钻井实际,应用大位移井整体钻柱摩阻力分析的间隙元理论,给出了大位移井的延伸极限力学判断准则和计算模型。应用编制的大位移井极限延伸能力计算机软件,对影响大位移井的延伸极限能力因素进行分析,确定影响大位移井极限延伸能力的主要因素。得出了从对极限延伸能力的大小程度分依次为井眼摩阻系数最大、井眼曲率次之、门限钻压第三、转盘转速最小的重要结论,为今后大位移井的钻井设计和施工提供依据。The limit extended capability is one of the key parameters in drilling design and drilling operation for an extended reach well,but it is often overlooked by people.The study on this aspect was still rare at present.Based on the actual drilling situation in extended reach well,the gap element theory for the friction analysis of whole drillstring was used to build the judging criteria and the calculation model of the limit extended capability in this paper.The established computer software for calculating limit extended capability was used to calculate and analyze some affecting factors on the limit extended capability.The main factors affected the limit extended capability of the extended reach well and the important conclusions were obtained.If it is considered from the size of the affecting degree on limit extended capability,the conclusion is that the friction coefficient is the biggest,hole curvature is the second,limited WOB is the third,and rotary speed is the smallest.The conclusion has provided the theory basis for the future drilling design and drilling operation in extended reach well.
