摘  要:对于复杂的低渗透致密、多层、薄层、缝洞发育、气顶底水以及潜在损害严重的油气藏,采用传统直井开发单井产量普遍较低,水力压裂等增产措施效果往往不理想。MRC井通过水平井、多分支井等特殊轨迹井增加储层段井眼长度以获得尽可能大的储层接触面积,同时利用智能完井实现对各个分支井眼的独立生产控制以获得最大的单井产能,是高效开发该类油气藏的有效途径。若钻井过程中存在严重的储层损害,可导致MRC井在增加储层接触面积的同时增大储层损害范围,严重影响MRC井的开发效果。全过程欠平衡钻井可有效减轻钻井过程的固液相侵入损害,保护储层。MRC井与全过程欠平衡钻井技术的结合是高效开发复杂油气藏,获取最大单井产能的有效途径。<Title>TECHNICAL RESEARCH ON COMBINATION OF MRC WELL AND UBD TECHNOLOGY <Author>LI Gao1,MENG Yingfeng1,ZHONG Shuiqing2,XIAO Changjiu3 and LI Jianguo4(1.Petroleum Engineering Institute of Southwest Petroleum University;2.CNPC Chuanqing Drilling & Exploration Co.,Ltd;3.CNPC Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company;4.CNPC Xinjiang Oilfield Company) For those complex oil/gas reservoirs,such as tight reservoirs,multi-layer reservoirs with thin pay zone,fractured or fractured-caved reservoirs,reservoirs with fringe or basal water,or reservoirs with strong potential formation damages,it is usually with poor productivity when exploited by ordinary vertical wells or stimulated by hydraulic cracking.Maximum reservoir contact(MRC)well is a promising approach to develop such reservoirs efficiently.MRC well has maximum reservoir contact degree through special well trajectory design such as horizontal well or multi-lateral well and has maximum well productivity through intelligent completion technology which can control the production of each branch borehole separately.However,maximum reservoir contact also means maximum potential formation damage,serious formation damages may occur in overbalanced drilling process,which results in low MRC well productivity.Underbalanced drilling(UBD)could avoid the solid and aqueous invasion damage efficiently and protect formation during drilling process.It is promising to develop those complex reservoirs presented above and gain maximum well productivity by combination of MRC well and UBD technology. <Keywords>MRC,UBD,multi-lateral well,formation protection,intelligent completion,complex reservoir
