水平井捞砂泵的研制及应用

摘　　要：为了有效解决水平井清砂问题,研究设计了一种具有在水平井工作的捞砂泵,主要由水平井段捞砂泵、沉砂筒、动力钻具3部分组成。水平井捞砂泵以常规捞砂泵的工作原理为基础,结合水平井中凡尔球的运动轨迹,经理论分析、室内实验和现场的应用,已经很好的适用在水平井中。水平井捞砂泵可适用在直井、斜井和大位移井中,使常规捞砂泵应用范围的进一步扩大。In order to effectively solve the problem of sand removal in horizontal wells,a kind of sand pump was designed and applied that suited for horizontal well.The sand pump is composed of three parts:sand pump,sediment tube and power unit.The design of horizontal well sand pump was based on the conventional sand pump's work principle and combined with sport track of valve ball in horizontal position.Through theoretical analysis,experiment in laboratory and field application,it has worked well in horizontal well.Horizontal well sand pump may work in vertical well,deviated well and extended reach well.
