高温低伤害暂堵剂HTZD室内研究与评价

摘　　要：在实验室内合成筛选出了一种性能优良的高温低伤害暂堵剂HTZD。高温低伤害暂堵剂的研制是基于以下原则进行的:一是优良的抗高温性,在120℃下稳定性好,分解(或降解)速度慢;二是较好的选择性,既能在注蒸汽时选择封堵高渗透蒸汽窜层,又能在油井生产时自行解除,且油层伤害率要尽量小;三是成本较低廉,施工简便。暂堵剂的抗温性与油溶性是技术关键,也是技术难点。对暂堵剂HTZD进行了室内评价,性能良好。High temperature and low damage temporary plugging Agent HTZD with good performance is synthesized in laboratory.Here is the principle of the development of this plugging agent:excellent temperature resistance ability and low degradation rate at 120℃;good selectivity between water and oil during steam injection,low damage and good plugging properties for high permeability formation;low cost and convenient construction.The key and difficulty of temporary plugging agent are temperature resistance and oil soluble property.The laboratory evaluation of HTZD was done and results showed that its performance was good.
