摘  要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板,Fe(NO3)3.9H2O和Co(NO3)2.6H2O为原料,NaOH为沉淀剂,低温回流合成了磁性铁酸钴纳米晶。利用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、拉曼光谱等测试技术对产品的结构进行了表征,借助振动样品磁强计测定了样品的室温磁性能。结果表明,铁酸钴纳米晶为单相立方尖晶石结构,纳米晶的平均粒径为15~20 nm。铁酸钴纳米晶在室温外加磁场下表现出明显的磁滞现象,饱和比磁化强度MS=36.5 A.m2/kg,矫顽力HC=5.89×104A/m。CoFe2O4 nanocrystals were prepared by means of a low temperature refluxing method with CTAB as templet,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and Co(NO3)2·6H2O as precursors,NaOH as precipitator.The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,infrared and Raman spectroscopies.The room temperature magnetic properties were determined by means of vibrating sample magnetometer.The results show that CoFe2O4 has a single-phase spinel structure.The average particle size was in a range of 15~20 nm.CoFe2O4 exhibited a clearly magnetic hysteretic behavior under applied magnetic field at room temperature.The values of variation of saturation magnetization(Ms) and coercivity(HC) were 36.5 A·m2/kg and 5.89×104 A/m,respectively.
