摘  要:鉴于我国钢铁工业生产技术和设备的落后与较高能耗的发展现状,从主流的钢铁工业节能新技术、21世纪新技术及对未来新技术展望等3个方面,对钢铁工业节能技术进行综述,总结性提出钢铁工业节能技术经历了钢铁企业全流程整体改进和优化、单体设备和单个工艺(如CDQ、TRT等)新技术改进、融入其他行业先进设备到钢铁领域(如KT、EFSOP、震荡燃烧技术等)第3个阶段的发展,提出未来钢铁行业节能降耗的主体思路。Viewing our steel industry production technology and equipment with relatively high energy consumption of the backward development present situation,the author of the steel industry from the mainstream of new technology,new technology in the 21st century and the future prospect of new technology from three aspects:the energy-saving technology for steel industry were summarized,summarizing energy-saving technology proposed steel industry experienced steel enterprises,the whole process improvement and optimization,the equipment and a single process(e.g.,TRT,CDQ)new technology improvement,in other industries advanced equipment to steel areas(e.g.,shock,EFSOP kt-series combustion technology,etc)in three stages of development in the future,the main steel industry,energy consumption in China for the development of steel industry,energy saving technology to provide the reference.
