摘　　要：目的:研究虎杖对大鼠肝癌细胞Cx43蛋白表达的影响。方法:用Western blot来检测虎杖对大鼠肝癌细胞Cx43表达的影响。结果:随着研究深入,发现虎杖抗肿瘤的功效表现为对肿瘤的起始、促进和进展三个阶段均有抑制作用。结论:虎杖能促进大鼠肝癌细胞Cx43蛋白的表达。Objectives： To study the effect of Giant Knotweed Rhizome in Cx43 expression.Methods： The Western blot method was applied to test the expression of Cx43 which examine whether the Giant Knotweed Rhizomde could enhance it. Results： It was found that Giant Knotweed Rhizome was an anti - cardiovascular and anti - tumor drug. Along with deeply study, it was discovered that G/ant Knotweed Rhizome could inhibit the three stages of tumor---start, promotion and advancement.Conclusions： The Giant Knotweed Rhizome could promote the Cx43 exoeression of Giant Knotweed Rhizome.
