摘 要:利用5-羟基苯基-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉(HTPP)和金属铅、汞离子的配合反应,采用分光光度法,研究了表面活性剂(Tween-80)、pH值、以及单羟基卟啉的用量等对配合物生成量及稳定性的影响。确定了反应条件:铅为:单羟基卟啉0.7mL,NaOH溶液0.6mL,Tween-80 0.4mL;汞为单羟基卟啉0.7mL,Tween-80 0.5mL。找出了检测限:铅最低检测限为0.108μg/mL,汞最低检测限为0.0981μg/mL,测得的曲线呈线性关系,服从比尔定律。该方法操作简便、利于回收、重复性好,实验结果令人满意。The complex reaction of metal ions (lead and mercury) and HTPP was studied with spectrophotometric analysis method. The efforts of the amount of Tween - 80,NaOH, and HTPP of the reactions were dealed. The best reaction condition of lead was:0.7mL HTPP,0.6mL NaOH, 0.4 mL Tween -80, and mercury was: O. 7mL HTPP, 0.5 mL Tween -80. It was found that the limit detection of lead was 0. 108μg/mL, and mercury was 0. 0981 μg/mL in this way, and the results also obey the Beer's law. This method was widely used and popularized because of its convenience, conducive to recovery and high repeatability. The results of the experiments were satisfactory.
