摘 要:研究了石化碱渣废水在内电解联合O3工艺中的预处理,考察了循环时间、pH值、反应温度、Fe/C比和O3量对降解效果的影响。实验结果表明,当循环时间为4 h,pH值为3,反应温度50℃,Fe/C质量比为1:0.3和O3时间4 h的条件下,废水中COD和硫化物的去除率分别达到68.16%和95.31%。此外,废水的B/C比从0.09提高到0.18,可生化性大大增强。The pretreatment of alkali dregs wastewater in micro - electrolysis combined with ozone was investigated. The influence of various factors, including reaction time, pH value, temperature, Fe/C ratio and the dosage of O3 were studied. The results showed that the removal ratio of COD and sulphide were 68. 16% and 95.31%, respectively, under the optimal reaction conditions ( the reaction time was 4h, pH value was 3, Fe/C ratio was 1 : 0.3, temperature was 50℃ and the reaction time of O3 was 4h). And the B/C of wastewater increased from 0. 09 to 0. 18.
