摘　　要：在高职教育中加强职业道德培养是社会发展的需求,也是高职教育的重要环节。由于化工专业有其特殊的行业特点,所以职业道德培养有其特殊性。因此,重视化工行业对从业人员特殊的职业道德要求,在高职教育中逐步完善化工行业职业教育培养的途径,是高职教育发展的必然。In higher vocational education of Chemical Engineering, strengthening of professional ethics training is need of social development, is an important part of higher vocational education. As the chemical industry professionals have special features, professional ethics training has its particularity. Therefore, in the chemical industry, the emphasis on professional ethics for all employees in the special requirements, gradual improvement of the chemical industry vocational education and training means, is a necessity in the development of higher vocational education.
