玉屏风散加味治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风散加味治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:采用玉屏风散加味治疗变应性鼻炎40例,并设对照组40例以常规治疗作对照观察。结果:治疗组及对照组的总有效率分别为92.5%和67.5%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散加味方对常年性变态反应性鼻炎的治疗效果显著优于常规西药治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of YuPngFeng Son on treating perennial allergic rhinitis. Method： To treat 40 patients with allergic rhinitis using YuPingFeng San, at same time, treat other 40 cases using routine ways as control group.Result： The total efficacy between treat group and control group was 92.5% and 67.5% respectively. The treat group was obvious better than the control（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： YuPingFeng San had more effective than routine western drugs on treating perennial allergic rhinitis.It would be worth to use widely in clinical treatment.
