中药脐疗治疗气虚型便秘的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药脐疗治疗气虚型便秘的疗效。方法:收集气虚型便秘患者80例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各40例。治疗组以中药敷脐治疗,对照组为黄芪汤内服治疗。治疗1个月后观察2组治疗情况。结果:治疗组有效率90%,对照组有效率70%,经统计学处理,P<0.05。结论:中药脐疗治疗气虚型便秘效果好,简单方便,无副作用。Object： To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine navel therapy in the treatment of Qi-deficiency constipation.Methods： 80 cases of Qi-deficiency constipation were randomly divided into therapy group and con- trol group, 40 cases in each group.Umbilicus were dressed with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group, while control group were given astragalus decoction orally.The two groups were observed after 1 month.Results： The effective rate was 90% in the treatment group, while 70% in the control group, and P〈0.05 by statistical analysis.Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine navel therapy in the treatment of Qi-deficiency constipation was effective, simple, convenient and no side effects.
