摘　　要：目的:观察追风透骨丸合西比灵治疗颈动脉狭窄性眩晕的疗效。方法:筛选352例典型颈动脉狭窄性眩晕患者为治疗组,给予追风透骨丸合西比灵口服。同时另筛选352例颈动脉狭窄性眩晕患者作为对照组,给予西比灵合洛伐他汀口服。2组均于治疗6个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率88.10%,对照组总有效率66.76%。治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:追风透骨丸合西比灵治疗颈动脉狭窄性眩晕有较好的临床效果。Objective： To discuss the efficacy of combined with ZhuiFeng TouGu Pill and sibelium in treating carotid artery stenosis vertigo.Method： 352 patients with carotid artery stenosis vertigo were screened as test group, and treated combined with ZhuiFeng TouGu Pill and sibelium other 352 patients with same disease were treated combined with sibelium and lovastatin as control group.The two groups were evaluated the efficacy after 6 medications.Result： The total efficacy of the treat group was 88.10% and control group 66.76%, the test group was better than the control.Conclu- sion： Combined with ZhuiFeng TouGu pill and sibelium in treating carotid artery stenosis vertigo had a better clinical effect.
