摘　　要："中国古代报纸"的最早出现时间,可以溯至西晋的"洛阳纸贵"时期(亦即提出"西晋说")。"洛阳纸贵"时期为公元296—300年间。提出"西晋说"的意义在于参与学术争鸣并创新考证方法。The earliest publishing time of the ancient newspaper in China can be dated back to the period when ＂Paper is expensive in Luoyang＂ in West-Jin Dynasty . The period when ＂Paper is expensive in Luoyang＂ is from A. D. 296 to A. D. 300. The significance of putting forward the research result consists in participation in academic contention and innovation in textual research.
