摘　　要：在南京大屠杀期间,中国难民始终承受着食物奇缺与遭受屠杀的双重威胁。当面对食物与死亡的两难抉择时,人们普遍表现出难以言表的复杂心理,甚至有人在食物与道德之间权衡徘徊。从总体上看,以南京安全区国际委员会为代表的慈善团体是难民主食的主要提供者,他们的行为从侧面反映了侵华日军的非人道行为,并证明了中国人民的顽强生命力。During the period of Nanking Massacre, Chinese refugees endured the dual threat of extremely lack of food and suffering massacre all the time. When confronted with the dilemma of choosing food or death, people generally had complex mentality beyond all words. Moreover, someone weighed and hesitated between food and morality. On the whole, the charities, represented by the International Committee of the Nanking Security Zone, were the major provider of staple food for refugees, which reflects the inhuman behavior of Japanese invaders.
