异体脱钙骨复合自体骨髓移植治疗骨不连和骨缺损

摘　　要：目的观察异体脱钙骨复合自体骨髓移植治疗骨不连或缺损的效果。方法取引产胎儿的四肢长骨，浸泡在0．6N盐酸中制成脱钙骨，在骼前或骼后上棘采取自体骨髓液的比例复合。将复合物置人骨缺损或骨折断端，并行简单有效内外固定。结果11例患者，术后平均随访时间1．7年，半年后均达骨性愈合，无并发症，无排斥反应。结论该复合物具有较高成骨活性，不引起兔疫排斥反应，制备简单，贮存方便，避免取骨手术等优点，可在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe the effect to nonunion or defect with transplantation of xenogenic decalcfied bone combining autologous bone marrow. Methods Drew long bones of limbs form induced labor fetus, then immersed them in 0. 6mol/L hydroochloric acid as to prepare decalcified bone. Autologous bone maarrow was collected from anterior or posterior superior iliac spine. Compound was made with 1g decalcified bone and 1ml bone marrow, placed it in the nonunion or defect end and fixed broken bone simply. Results Average follow-up time was 1. 7 years postoperatively.All patients had healed without comphlications and reject reaction after half a year. Conclusion The compound had higher osteogenetic activity, and didn't cause immunologic rejection, it was prepared and reserved simply, and avoided drawing bone operation. Therefore, this skill might be worthwhile for clinical popularization.
