自体肋软骨在耳再造术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨自体肋软骨在耳再造术中的应用。方法采用自体肋软骨分期修复的方法治疗16例耳畸形的病例。结果15例患者对外耳形态满意,耳廓外形突显。1例男性患者,出现筋膜瓣坏死约4cm×3cm,切除坏死组织,行全厚植皮术后愈合。结论自体软骨由于取材于自身组织,无排斥反应,感染率低,易于塑形,术后远期可以受压等诸多优点。Objective To investigate the application of autologous rib cartilage in ear reconstruction surgery. Methods Sixteen cases of ear deformity received ear reconstruction surgery by muhi-stage autologous rib cartilage repair method. Results Fifteen patients were satisfied with the ear shape. The ear shapes had been highlighted. A male patient showed a 4 cm x 3 cm necrosis of fascia flap and recovered after removing the necrotic tissue and skin grafting of full-thickness skin. Conclusion The autologous cartilage repair is the best choice of ear reconstruction because of no rejection, low infection rate, easy shaping and compression tolerance after long-term of operation.
