孝感孝文化产业集群开发战略研究

摘　　要：孝文化不仅具有传承孝德、教化民心、构建和谐社会的功能,而且可以"以文化商",具有孕育和生长经济产业的功能。将孝文化开发为产业集群需要有科学的战略与规划。目前孝感市在孝文化产业集群开发上还存在着缺乏战略规划等问题,需要实施孝文化产业园带动战略,产业和区域整合战略,品牌提升战略和科技推动战略等四大战略,并充分发挥政府、企业、行业和人才等四个因素的积极作用。The filial piety culture not only has the functions to inherit filial piety, moralize folk minds, and build the harmonious society,but also can be changed into business,and has the functions to gestate and produce the economical industries. To develop the filial piety culture industrial colonies needs the scientific strategy and plan. Now there still exist the problems short of the strategy and plan to develop the filial piety culture industrial colonies in Xiaogan, and according to which,the four strategies, which are the driving strategy by building filial piety industry garden, the strategy of integrating industries and areas,the strategy of raising brand, and the science and technology pushing strategy, should be carried out,and the positive roles of four aspects of government,enterprises, industry and talents should be brought into full play.
