摘　　要：微观社会资本的外部性问题是经济学研究的重要课题,揭示社会资本"搭便车"效应对社会的影响。通过案例分析表明"随着环境利益诉求的不同微观社会资本存在不同的外部性"。To begin with, micro social capital is defined in this paper, and then the issues outside the micro social capital are exemplified. In the end, a conclusion is reached that ＂With the demands of different micro environmental benefits, there are different social capital externalities＂.
