摘 要:利用壳聚糖和双氰胺成功地合成了一种壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐(CGH),对合成反应机理及副反应进行了讨论,应用红外光谱确认了CGH的结构,将合成的CGH对羊毛织物进行预处理,并用兰纳素活性染料进行轧染微波固色。研究预处理工艺(包括CGH浓度,交联剂的种类,焙烘温度,浸渍时间,预处理溶液pH)对羊毛织物染色性能的影响,确定预处理的最佳工艺。即采用pH值为4.0的0.6%的CGH,在柠檬酸作交联剂的条件下浸渍10min,80℃烘干5min,100℃焙烘3min。结果表明,用CGH对羊毛织物进行预处理,可以大大提高活性染料对羊毛织物染色的K/S值,染色织物的摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度略有下降。Chitosan biguanidine hydrochloride (CGH) was synthesized successfully with chitosan and dicyandiamide. Its synthetic mechanism and side reaction were discussed. The structures of CGH were characterized by FT-IR. The wool fabric was pretreated by the synthesized CGH and color fixing was done by the lanasol reactive dyes. Influence of pretreatment conditions including concentration of CGH, kinds of cross-linking agent, curing temperature, dipping time, pH value on dyeing effect of wool fabrics was investigated and the optimum conditions for pretreatment were obtained as follows: wool fabric was treated with 0. 6~ CGH and crosslir^king agent citric acid (CA) at pH 4. 0 for 10min, and then dried at 80℃ for 5min, cured at 100℃ for 3min. The results indicated that, after being treated with CGH, higher K/S value during dyeing the wool fabric with reactive dyes can be obtained, but the rubbing fastness and soaping fastness was reduced slightly.
