摘　　要：高校的教育活动是在教师与学生间的交往和相互作用中进行的。师生间的交往和相互作用是高等教育、教学的重要途径。师生间的交往是建立高校师生关系的基础和前提条件。高校师生关系既是教师实施教育影响的重要手段,又是学生个性健康发展、实现社会化的重要途径。因此,协调好高校师生关系,是搞好高等教育工作的重要任务。University＇s pedagogical activity is carried on contact and the interaction between teachers and students. Contact and the interaction between teachers and students is an important teaching way. Contact between teachers and students is the foundation of establishing the relationship between university teachers and students. The university teachers and students relations are not only the important means of the teachers＇ implement the education influence, but also an important way of the student individuality healthy develop- ment, realize modernization. Therefore, the coordinate college teacher-student relationship is an important task of improving the higher education sector.
