摘  要:介绍了国电北仑电厂7号机组超超临界直流锅炉投产前的化学清洗情况。该清洗工艺采用先碱洗后柠檬酸清洗的流程,清洗范围主要包括省煤器、水冷壁、启动分离器、储水箱及过热器减温水管路等其他辅助管路。化学清洗后首次启动和冲管所用水量大为减少,且汽水品质合格用时短。The practice about preproduction chemical cleaning of the ultra supercritical once-through boiler of Unit 7 in Guodian Beilun Power Plant is introduced in this paper. The chemical cleaning which covers the economizer, water-cooled walls, start-up separator, storage tank, spray water pipes of superheater attemperator and some auxiliary cycle components is operated by alkaline firstly, then followed by ammoniated citric acid. After chemical cleaning, the water demand for first start-up of the unit and for blowing pipes has greatly decreased, the eligible quality of steam and water takes much shorter time.
