摘　　要：对第29届奥运会男、女排球前8名球队的发球技术运用情况及发球效果进行比较分析,指出影响攻击性发球的主要因素,并结合攻击性发球的变化特点,提出一些合理化的训练建议,为广大教练员抓好发球训练环节,提高攻击性发球效果提供参考。Based on the statistical data of the volleyball matches in 29th Olympics,this paper contrasted and analyzed the application and effect of serve technique of the top eight teams,explored the maim affecting factors while considering the changes in offensive serve and gave some reasonable countermeasures,aiming to be helpful for the coaches to improve the offensive serve in training.
