摘  要:将12个线椒品种自交系分成2组,按NC-Ⅱ设计配制成36个杂交组合,估算36个组合的品质、产量、熟性等10个性状的主成分值。结果表明,数量分类结果基本反映了线椒品种间的遗传差异,符合实际情况;当主成分特征值累计贡献率大于75%时,主成分值即基本反映原来性状的遗传特征。Twelve inbred long chili pepper lines were divided into two groups and 36 hybrids were made by NC-Ⅱ. Principal components of 10 traits including quality, yield and maturity were estimated using the 36 hybrid long chili pepper. The results showed that the quantitative classification basically revealed the genetic differences among the varieties. When principal components explain more than 75% of variation, the principal components represent the genetic characteristics of the trait.
