VEGF在妊娠合并症产妇静脉血和脐血中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子在妊娠合并症产妇静脉血和其新生儿脐静脉、脐动脉血中的表达及其意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法检测26例重度子痫前期产妇（重度子痫前期组）、31例妊娠期糖尿病产妇（妊娠期糖尿病组）和30例健康产妇（对照组）静脉血及其所分娩的新生儿脐静脉、脐动脉血血管内皮生长因子水平。结果①重度子痫前期组产妇外周血、脐静脉血和脐动脉血血管内皮生长因子水平均明显高于对照组（t=2．91，P〈0．01；t=2．16，P〈0．05；t=4．82，P〈0．01）；②妊娠期糖尿病组产妇外周血、脐静脉血和脐动脉血血管内皮生长因子水平均明显高于对照组（t=2．73，P〈0．01；t=5．29，P〈0．01；t=5．58，P〈0．01）；③妊娠期糖尿病组脐静脉血、脐动脉血血管内皮生长因子水平均高于重度子痫前期组（f=3．09，P〈0．01；t=2．46，p〈O．05）；④重度子痈前期组、妊娠期糖尿病组和对照纽中脐动脉血血管内皮生长因子水平均显著高于产妇外周血血管内皮生长因子水平（t=2．98，P〈0．01；t=2．84，P〈0．01；t=2．23，P〈0．05）。结论重度子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病产妇静脉血及其新生儿脐静脉、脐动脉血血管内皮生长因子水平较健康产妇均明显升高。Objective To investigate expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in serums of venous blood of women with pregnancy complications and umbilical cord blood of their newborns. Methods Radioimmunoassay（RIA） was used to detect serum level of VEGF in venous blood of 26 women with severe pre-eclampsia （severe pre-eclmpsia group）, 31 women with gestational diabetes mellitus （ GDM group） and 30 normal pregnancy women （ control group） and their newborns＇ umbilical arterial and venous blood. Results ①The serum levels of VEGF in venous blood of women with severe pre-eclampsia and their neoborns＇ umbilical cord venous blood and umbilical cord arterial blood were all significantly higher than those in the control group （t = 2.91,2.16, 4.82 respectively, all P 〈 0.01 ） ; ②The serum levels of VEGF in venous blood of women with GDM and their neoborns＇ umbilical cord venous blood and umbilical cord arterial blood were all significantly higher than those in the control group （ t = 2.73, P 〈 0.01 ; t = 5.29, P 〈 0.01 ; t = 5.58, P 〈 0.01 ） ; ③The serum levels of VEGF in newborns＇ umbilical cord venous blood and umbilical cord arterial blood in GDM group were significantly higher than those in severe pre-eclmpsia group（ t = 3.09, P 〈 0.01 ; t = 2.46, P 〈 0.05 ） ;④The serum level of VEGF in umbilical cord arterial blood was higher significantly as compared with that in venous blood of pregnant women in severe pre-eclmpsia group, GDM group and the control group （ t = 2.98, P 〈 0. 01 ; t = 2.84, P 〈 0.01 ; t = 2.23, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The serum level of VEGF in venous blood of women with severe pre-eclampsia and GDM and umbilical cord blood of their newborns are all significantly higher than that in the control group.
