摘　　要：随着电网的结构日趋复杂多变,特别是大功率、远距离输电线路的出现,使得电网的安全稳定问题越来越突出。区域电网稳定控制系统能够较好地解决大电网的安全稳定问题。首先介绍了区域电网稳定控制的研究背景和发展现状。接着对提高电网稳定性的控制方法进行了研究。最后设计了一种区域电网稳定控制系统,并阐明了这种系统的实现方法。As the power .system structure and operation mode is complicated changing and varying , especially with the emergence of long - distance transmission lines, making network security and stability issues become increasingly acute. Regional power system stability control system can better solve the hulk power system security and stability issues, this paper describes the regional power system stability control research background and current condition. Went of to improve the power grid stability control method was studied. The final design of a regional power grid stability control system and set out with such systems are implemented.
