摘　　要：地质灾害给人民的生命财产、生存环境以及国家建设造成损失,因此,对地质灾害的探查很重要。在双鸭山市安邦荣府小区内,利用物探技术(瞬变电磁法)对煤矿采空区进行勘查,为小区建设及防止塌陷提供了依据。Geological hazards bring dizasters to people＇s lives and property, the living environment and national construction, so, the exploration of geological disasters is very important. The use of geophysical techniques （TEM） is used to carry out an goaf investigation in Anbangrongfu District in Shuangyashan City, provides a basis for residential construction and preventing the collapse.
