摘　　要：利用面板数据模型,以江苏省为例,对28个制造业的科技进步、产业集群、区域人力资本积累、沉没成本和资产专用性、劳动力跨区域流动、制度创新、政府阻力等因素对产业转移粘性的关系进行了实证研究,并依据各个因素的贡献率得出了跨区域产业转移的初步结论。In order to study the the relationship between some factors and inter - district industry transferring, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of 28 manufacturing industry of Jiangsu Province bypanel - data model. These factors include the progress of technology, industrial clusters, human capital accumulation of the area, sunk costs, asset specificity, the inter - regional movement of labor, the innovation of institution and the resistance of the Government and so on. In the end, it makes out the contribution of each factor, and draws an appropriate conclusion of the inter - district industry transferring.
