摘　　要：在讨论中国国有企业集团管理母合优势构建缺陷的基础上,分析了国有企业集团母子公司之间决策影响、协调影响和管理控制影响的关系,并提出通过建立企业集团内部母子公司之间管理控制关系和统一战略管控模式的母合优势重构路径和相应的方法。After discussing the defects of Chinese state - owned enterprise groups in construction of parenting ad vantage, it analyzes the relationships of Decision - making, coordination and management control influence between parent company and subsidiaries. In the end, it establishes the path and the corresponding methods to form parenting advantage between parent and subsidiary company in Chiness state -owned enterprise groups.
